4. No Refunds on Offer Prices or Discounted Schemes
Refunds are not available for payments made under offer prices or discounted schemes. 6. Deduction for Company-Issued Materials or IDs

The deduction is made to cover the cost of production and distribution of the items, and the remaining balance (if any) will be refunded to the client. Clients are advised to return any physical materials provided by the company before the refund is processed.
7. Permanent Deletion of Agency Profile
Upon the successful processing of a refund, BMS ESEVA CENTRE LLP will permanently delete the client’s agency profile from its server. This means that the client will no longer have access to any services, data, or resources provided by BMS ESEVA CENTRE LLP. This deletion is irreversible and is part of the company’s policy to ensure that all transactions are final and that there is no further obligation on the part of either party.
